With nearly five years managing his own portfolio of short-term vacation rentals, Josh has gained a wealth of expertise in property operations, guest satisfaction, and revenue optimization. He’s highly skilled in vacation rental technology, leveraging software tools and booking platforms to streamline operations, maximize performance, and deliver five-star experiences for both guests and property owners.

With over a decade of experience in real estate construction and six years successfully running his own remodeling business, Jason brings invaluable expertise to Howler Homes.
